Bolton manager Owen Coyle has admitted that he faces a fight to hold onto in-demand defender Gary Cahill when the January transfer window opens.   The England international has a long list of admirers with Arsenal[http://www. sportsvibe. co. uk/news/football/arsenal-told-to-stump-up-17m-for-england-defender/], Tottenham, Chelsea and Barcelona[http://www. sportsvibe. co. uk/news/football/barcelona-consider-shock-5m-january-bid-for-in-demand-bolton-defender-10893/] all reported as possible destinations.

Arsenal are expected to finally make a significant offer for Bolton defender Gary Cahill in the January transfer window, admits Trotters boss Owen Coyle. The north London side have continually been linked with Cahill over the past year, but have never actually made a significant offer for the defender.

Liverpool striker David N'Gog has completed his deadline day move to Bolton.   The French striker, who joined the club from Paris Saint Germain in 2008, has failed to live up to expectations and following the signings of Andy Carroll and Luis Suarez in january, has found his first team opportunities limited.

Owen Coyle looks to have finally secured the services of Liverpool frontman David Ngog, with the Frenchman set to move to Bolton in a £4 million deal.   A fee has been agreed between the two clubs and all that remains now is for Ngog to undertake a medical and agree personal terms.
