British snowboarding star Zoe Gillings is brimming with confidence ahead of the forthcoming World Cup event in Austria.
The British number one finished 10th in the opening round in the United States and has spoken of her aim of achieving a podium when the next round starts on January 10.
Gillings crashed out in the semi-finals in America, with Lindsay Jacobellis eventually winning the event.
Speaking of her frustration, Gillings said: "I'm obviously disappointed that I didn't bring home a medal but I had a solid competition.
"The training I have been doing over the summer has paid off and I know I just made a silly mistake in the semi-final race.
"I'm really looking forward to the next World Cup in Badgastein."
