MIAMI HEAT TO HOST CSKA MOSCOW

Miami Heat have announced a pre-season game with Russia's CSKA Moscow on October 12. The new look Heat will feature new signings LeBron James and Chris Bosh.

It will provide all NBA fans with a fascinating insight into how Miami superstars James and Bosh will combine with six-time All-Star guard Dwayne Wade.

CSKA are the second most successful team of all time in the Euoleague having won six titles and two of the last five tournaments.

Eric Woolworth, president of business operation for the Heat said, "Given the unbelievable local, national and international attention our off-season roster moves have garnered, this pre-season has become the most anticipated we have ever had.

"As the opportunity emerged to add a game against a perennial Euroleague power like CSKA Moscow that could give Heat fans here in Miami another early opportunity to see the team come together and at the same time provide the organization with the chance to play on the international stage, we simply had to jump at it."

The Heat will start their pre-season campaign at home against the Detroit Pistons on October 5.
