QPR have struck a deal with Manchester City to bring out-of-favour defender Nedum Onouha to Loftus Road, according to Sky Sports.
The west London club have been interested in the former England Under-21 defender for some time and Sky Sports have now announced that the deal is believed to be worth around £3million.
The 25-year-old has been given the chance to talk to QPR and new manager Mark Hughes attempts to strengthen his squad during the January transfer window.
Hughes has previously worked with the defender during his time at Manchester City and will hope to complete personal terms in the coming week as the window closes at midnight on January 31.
Onouha has made just one Premier League appearance so far this season after falling behind the likes of Micah Richards, Jolean Lescott, Vincent Kompany and Stefan Savic.
QPR are just two points clear of the relegation zone after picking up a win at the weekend as Hughes attempts to keep the club in the top flight for another season.
