Arsenal are edging closer to the signing of Padova's exciting young midfielder Ousmane Drame after the player's agent revealed talks are ongoing over a possible transfer.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is reported to be a big admirer of the 19-year-old and it was claimed last month that Arsenal scouts had been sent to Italy to watch him in action.
Drame's agent, George Atangana, has revealed he is in contact with Wenger but admitted there is also interest from Italy.
He told Mediagol: "Arsenal? It's true, with the English club I'm working on him directly. Wenger and I talk about their interest.
"Then in Italy he is also liked by Fiorentina."
