The Prizefighter series returns this October, kicking off with the fourth edition of the Heavyweights division, who hope to follow in Audley Harrison's footsteps and burst onto the World Heayweight scene.
Considering Harrison's elevation to title contender over the past few months, the prospect of climbing up the rankings off the back of the Prizefighter series is now a real opportunity for the eight fighters.
Despite the full line-up not being announced until September, Harrison's rise to title contender has been a huge attraction to some of the division's biggest names, who will battle it out for 32,000 during the one night tournament, at Bethnal Green.
This will be the 14th edition of Barry Hearn's competition and four-time World Heavyweight Champion Evander Holyfield will hold the key, as he performs the draw next month.
"You only have to look at Audley Harrison as proof at just how Prizefighter can fast track a fighter's career," said Matchroom Sport managing director Eddie Hearn - who also manages Harrison. "Winning this event raises your profile to another level and the winner of Prizefighter Heavyweights IV will be bang in line for a shot at the title."
