Episode two features World Championship 800m bronze medallist Jenny Meadows, who returned to her old school to deliver a running master class ahead of the UK Trials and Championships this weekend (22-24 June).
The master class, courtesy of Alfa Romeo UK, the official car supplier to UK Athletics saw Meadows take pupils from the Deanery High School in Wigan through the various elements of running the perfect 800m race.
