Episode three features UK long jump record holder Chris Tomlinson, who took time out from his preparations for the UK Trials and Championships (22-24 June) to return to his former secondary school to host a long jump master class for pupils.
The master class took place at Nunthorpe School in Middlesbrough and saw Tomlinson coach pupils in the essentials for a good jump.
